Pickleball at Sawyer Point (PBatSP) is a 501 (C) (4) non-profit for individuals who want to support the Sawyer Point Pickleball facility and to enjoy the benefits of membership. Sawyer Point is a public park belonging to the City of Cincinnati. It is on the banks of the Ohio River and in close proximity to downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. There are 18 dedicated courts which can be expanded to 24 total courts. Court surface is asphalt with 12-layer Neyra PicklePlay Pro Series acrylic surface. Benefits gained by joining include: • Ability to reserve and utilize the ball machine either as an individual or a group      o Groups must all be members to ensure insurance coverage and waiver(s) • Receive discounts with:      o Our partner Cincinnati Parks     o Our partner Montgomery Inn – Boathouse     o Our partner Baddle Pickleball • Participation in any “members-only” events, ladders, leagues, or tournaments • Right to run for board positions or to be a committee chairperson / member • Benefit from the USA Pickleball excess accident policy that may cover some of the member’s out of pocket medical expenses for an accident that occurs at Sawyer Point during a club sponsored and supervised event or activity • Receive other discounts and benefits as communicated Note: As a 501 (C) (4), contributions are not tax-deductible but are used for the benefit of the membership and the facility it supports. We will maintain a database of members to enable the benefits to which they are entitled.
