About
Founded in 1895, our sports club Hennefer Turnverein (HTV) is the biggest in the county. The city of Hennef is situated in the beautiful Sieg river valley near Bonn and Cologne in the southern part of North Rhine Westphalia. Although our club HTV has existed for over a century, our pickleball group was founded in February 2022. Our group is made up of about 25 enthusiastic players of all levels. Some play just for fun; some also compete (successfully!) in national and international tournaments as well as in the Western German Pickleball League. We play indoors – at the club’s gym downtown Hennef - on Mondays and Sundays.
